加国传教士Garratt回忆两年中国监狱生涯

从事人道救援的加拿大人士凯文•高和茱丽亚•高，是曾在中国丹东经营咖啡店生意的基督徒夫妇。这对夫妇在2014年8月被中国当局指控从事间谍活动而遭到突然逮捕，从此二人开始了一段漫长而不堪回首的地狱般生涯。高先生今年9月被中国遣返回到故乡温哥华，数周后，他接受了《邮报》的采访，详述了他作为外国囚犯在中国监狱里的两年炼狱历程，以其痛苦遭遇谴责中国的司法系统充满虐待和不公。

 

Kevin and Julia Garratt, the Canadian Christian aid workers who operated a restaurant in Dandong China were suddenly arrested by the Chinese authorities in Aug 2014 on espionage charges-- which started a dark odyssey that has turned their life into a living hell. Weeks after deported to his hometown Vancouver in Sept, Garratt recounted with the Globe of his two-year harrowing journey as a foreign prisoner in China, an ordeal that decries a justice system in China that is fraught with injustice and abuse.
