（大中报/096.ca综合讯）加拿大的Lauriane Genest在女子keirin自行车赛中获得铜牌。

这是这位来自魁北克省Levis市的 23 岁选手的第一枚奖牌，也是加拿大在该项目中的第一枚奖牌。
 
Genest 比冠军荷兰选手 Shanne Braspennincx 落后 0.148 秒冲过终点线，新西兰选手 Ellesse Andrews 获得银牌。
 
阿尔塔省Kelsey Mitchell 在六人决赛中获得第五名。
 
keirin 起源于日本，是一项 250 米赛道的六圈比赛。
 
速度在前三圈逐渐增加到每小时 50 公里左右，然后在最后三圈加速到冲刺。
